We’ve designed adaptable, versatile pieces that work in your existing wardrobes. That’s why we’ve made desirable, useful and practical outfits that you will love for years, and that you can send back to us to be made into something new when they wear out. They’re not overdesigned, and there are no unnecessary extras. Anything essential - like our buttons - is made from a sustainable material, in this case, wood.

We also designed this collection to complete the outfit for the Rapanui woman. You already know we’re awesome at making perfect t-shirts and super-soft hoodies, but what about the rest of your look?
From our first ever sustainable jumpsuit, to our wear-with-everything relaxed fit organic shirt, we chose pieces that all the women at Rapanui wanted to wear on a daily basis.
We then made sure everything was tried and tested by the team to be sure that we had created products we actually need and that we know will work hard for us.

Case in point: our product designer Lucy struggled to find a jumpsuit that was the perfect fit for her. So she spent a lot of time getting our new organic cotton jumpsuit just right - it can be adjusted for different heights using our wooden buttons, and the removable belt gives the option of switching up the silhouette. Lucy already has enough striped tees in her life (what wardrobe is complete without one or two?), so the jumpsuit is designed to be the right shape to wear with or without one underneath. Or a gingham shirt. Or a plain white tee. Maybe she’ll throw a chunky knit over the top and it will ‘become’ a pair of trousers in the winter. The jumpsuit looks great with trainers, but can be styled to be luxurious and elevated when it needs to be something a bit more special. See? Versatile.

The Jumpsuit
We decided to give our jumpsuit no sleeves - like a really stylish pair of dungarees - so it can be layered depending on the weather or your mood. There are three wooden buttons on the straps which allow the wearing to adjust for different heights. We included a belt in the same organic cotton so you can cinch in at the waist or wear loose for a more relaxed vibe. You could even tie it at the back, maybe if you’re wearing your jumpsuit to a wedding, or, because it’s not attached, you could switch the belt out for a contrasting one you already own.

The Tank Top
Our tank top offers a high summer styling piece that isn’t a t-shirt. We still love our tees (of course we do!), but we fancied adding something for those days when you want something a bit different. It’s business at the front and party out the back, with double wooden button details and an open wrap back. Wear a striped vest underneath for a peak of pattern, or tie at the back to create a crop top.

The Short
We like to think of these as the ultimate shorts. Perfect length, perfect fit, and natural colours that work in any landscape, from beach days and country walks to summer city nights. We gave them a plastic-free metal zip and delicate wooden button fastening, with an additional drawstring so you can adjust to the ideal fit for you.

The Shirt
Our organic cotton shirt has a laid-back, relaxed fit, making it the perfect layering piece for summer. Button it up to avoid wind chill on cooler days, or turn up the sleeves and knot at the front when the mercury rises. You told us that you really wanted us to make a shirt for women, so we think you’ll love it as much as we do. Team with our new shorts for a cool summer co-ord set.
