That's why we care so much about community projects like John Cattle's skate club on the Isle of Wight. This not for profit community project gets kids out of the house, into skateboarding and gives them the confidence to fall over and get back up again - to keep trying - but in a fun way with the support of their friends. Those are the kinds of characteristics that people need in childhood to prepare them for later life.<\/p>
