    Good quality t-shirts but I had a bad customer service experience. 19 days after returning items, I eventually got a reply updating me on my replacement order. Initially my query got a generic AI response, which was basically whatever your issue just wait. Had to submit a new request and specify a human interaction, eventually a human being got involved to tell me the delay was because an item I wanted was out of stock. I would have appreciated a call at the time this was known, and offered a refund or to continue my order - especially as these were gifts. I felt completely in the dark about my order and I had to chase them. I won't order from them again because I don't want the hassle if there is an issue.
