A Teemill store is independently created and operated by said Teemill store owner using the Teemill platform, a software service that enables businesses to display designs and offer them for sale to their customers. Teemill software includes access to a print on demand service, where order items are custom made to the specification set out in a store owner's order. Printing is on demand and Teemill does not hold printed stock. As a condition to operating any Teemill Store or accessing the services, Store Operator businesses must each agree to the Teemill Store Operator Terms, which prohibit them from displaying any artwork or other designs without first having obtained all required copyright / trademark permissions from any applicable owners.

If you believe that your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property has been improperly copied by a Store Owner or was otherwise used in a way that constitutes infringement of your rights you should contact the Store Owner to resolve the issue directly. If you fail to reconcile the issue to your satisfaction, you may notify us of the potential infringement and we may work to assist you in resolving it.
